For Reed Sticks Diffusers and Ceramic Aroma Diffusers, we recommend using Pure™ Reed Diffuser Refill. It is formulated for passive diffusion through reed sticks or ceramic wick systems, allowing the fragrance to release gradually without heat, smoke, or electricity.
Yes. Pure™ Reed Diffuser Refill can be used with Ceramic Aroma Diffusers. The ceramic diffuser uses a wick system to absorb and release the fragrance gradually, similar to how reed sticks diffuse fragrance passively without heat, smoke, or electricity.
For Aroma Nebulizers, Ambient Scenting Devices, Air Aroma Diffusers, or Air Fragrancing Equipment, we recommend using Pure™ Aroma Concentrate (Extra Strong). It is formulated for stronger scent diffusion and is suitable for larger areas, commercial spaces, and scenting equipment that requires a more concentrated aroma solution.
For Aromatic Lamp Diffusers, Candle Burners, Electric Diffusers, Electric Vapourizers, Glass Aroma Diffusers, Car Scenters, Tulip Aroma Diffusers, and USB Aroma Diffusers, we recommend using Pure™ Aromatherapy Oil.

Fruity and leafy scents are often suitable for a refreshing or uplifting feel, floral scents are suitable for a calmer atmosphere, and special blends are suitable when you prefer a richer or more luxurious aroma. Yes. Our aroma solution ranges offer a wide selection of fragrances, with some ranges having more than 150 fragrance choices. For Wooden Diffusers, only selected fragrances are available.
100% Pure Essential Oils are concentrated botanical oils extracted from plants, each with its own botanical name, aroma profile, and suggested aromatherapy uses. 100% Certified Organic Pure Essential Oils are also concentrated botanical oils, but they are sourced from certified organic botanical sources. Both types are different from Aroma Solutions, which are specially formulated for specific aroma devices such as Water Air Purifiers, Humidifiers, Reed Diffusers, Aroma Nebulizers, and Mist Sprays. For regular room scenting or daily fragrance use, Aroma Solutions are usually more suitable and cost-effective because they are made for their intended devices and usage methods.
We do not recommend applying 100% Pure Essential Oil directly onto the skin without proper dilution. Essential oils are concentrated and should usually be diluted with a suitable carrier oil, such as our Carrier Oils, before skin application. Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin, and sensitive areas. If you have sensitive skin, are pregnant, or have medical concerns, please seek professional advice before use.
We recommend using the aroma solution made for your device. For Water Air Purifiers, use Pure™ Aroma Essence. For Humidifiers or Ultrasonic Misting Devices, use Pure™ Aroma Concentrate. We do not recommend using 100% Pure Essential Oils in these water-based devices because pure oils do not dissolve well in water and may float on the surface, which can affect scent performance or device compatibility.
Different types of aromatherapeutic hardware work in different ways. Some use water, some use ultrasonic misting, some use reed sticks or ceramic wicks, some use heat, and some use nebulizing systems. Because of this, the aroma solution’s liquid base, scent strength, thickness, and evaporation behaviour must match the hardware. Using the wrong aroma solution may give poor scent performance, affect the hardware, or damage the hardware.
For offices, shops, lobbies, clinics, restaurants, commercial buildings, or other larger areas, we recommend using a suitable Aroma Nebulizer together with Pure™ Aroma Concentrate (Extra Strong). Aroma Nebulizers are designed to disperse the aroma solution evenly over larger spaces, with adjustable intensity and operation settings depending on the model and area size.

How long a fragrance lasts depends on the product type, scent profile, aromatherapeutic hardware used, room size, airflow, temperature, amount used, device setting, and ventilation. In general, open or well-ventilated areas may cause the scent to disperse faster, while enclosed spaces usually allow the fragrance to last longer. Typically, a stronger fragrance may remain noticeable for around 5 hours in an enclosed environment, depending on the usage conditions.
